Power Breakfast!


Try this one! It definately helps me get through my morning workouts, especially today's cycling class.

Steel cut oats
honey
sunflower seeds
blueberries

eggs or peanut butter on the side for healthy fats and protein!

OR

quick cooking oats, mix in peanut butter, honey and cinnamon
YUMMAY!!!
